You manage your business identity, customer relationships, support and retail prices. Keep your company and contact details accurate. Only use logos and content you have permission to publish.

Pricing and credits

The starting cloud retail price includes a 50% gross margin before your business expenses and applicable taxes. You can change it. Your account shows the current wholesale cost before paid activation or renewal. Your customers pay your business; reseller credits cover the services you purchase from us.

Trials

You and your customers can create free trials without purchasing credits. Each trial has the normal trial period shown in the account. Paid activation and renewal require the applicable credits.

Account access

Keep login details private. Staff access should be limited to what their work needs. Authorised support access is time limited and recorded.

Questions about your agreement

Any separately agreed commercial terms remain part of your agreement. Contact support@posnic.com before purchasing if you need clarification about billing, cancellation or refunds.
