We use your business name, contact information and account details to operate your reseller account, company website and customer services. Passwords are stored as hashes.

Your public website

Your company name, published contact details, logo, company description and retail prices appear on your website. Review these details in Your website before sharing its address.

Customer information

Customer signup details and contact enquiries are associated with your reseller account. Access is restricted to the relevant account and authorised operational staff. Support sign-ins are time limited and audited.

Cookies and email

Session cookies keep people signed in. If customer email is configured, account messages use your configured sender. Customer passwords are not included in welcome emails.

Privacy requests

For account information, correction or deletion requests, contact support@posnic.com. Include the business name and the email associated with your account so the request can be verified.
