Who gets paid by the customer?
You do. You set your prices, collect payment and provide your customer’s invoice. You buy wholesale credits separately for paid activations and renewals.
Do I need to buy credits to offer trials?
No. Customers can start free trials on your website. There is no reseller-specific trial-count limit and no credit purchase is required to offer a trial.
Can I change the default price?
Yes. Your starting cloud price gives a 50% gross margin, and your pricing page lets you change it. Any price already agreed with a customer remains your responsibility.
What do my customers see?
Your business name, website, contact details and prices. The reseller programme’s pricing and account pages are separate from your customer website.
What is still a separate product?
Custom-domain registration, branded desktop installers and offline activation are not included in this initial cloud website launch. We will make their availability clear before you buy them.
