Customer payments

Configure how customers pay your business. Your wholesale credit purchases stay separate.

These payment methods appear in your customers’ signed-in accounts. Record verified receipts from each customer’s control page. Recording a receipt does not activate or renew a subscription.

Accept customer payments into your own Razorpay account. Start in test mode, then switch to your live credentials.

Razorpay credentials

Secrets are encrypted and are never shown again. Blank secret fields keep the saved values.

Payment confirmation

In Razorpay, add this webhook URL with the same webhook secret and subscribe to payment.captured and order.paid. Enable automatic payment capture in your gateway account.

Test payments are marked as tests and never create real receipts. Customer payments do not buy Posnic credits or automatically activate a shop.

Create a payment request from a customer’s control page. Your customer sees the amount and description before checkout. These requests are not tax invoices.
